How do I fit text into a path

How do I fit text onto a path, as in, making the text circular to fit onto the round shape? Could be done in previous versions but can’t find the feature for this one.

You can add text to a path in CorelDRAW Go using shapes and the text tool.

To type along a path, follow these steps:

  1. In the toolbox, select Shapes. Add a shape to the page, such as a circle. (Alternatively, you can draw a freehand object using Draw.)
  2. In the toolbox, select Text.
  3. With the text tool active, move the cursor to the edge of the object. You will see the cursor change to indicate typing on a curve.
  4. Click the edge of the object, and begin typing.
  5. The text added will follow the curve.

To adjust the position of the text:

  1. With no tools active, select the text object.
  2. When the text object is active, a red node will appear.
  3. Click and drag the red node to reposition the text.
  4. To flip the text, you can use the mirror controls in the property panel to adjust the direction.
