Fail to access to CorelDraw Go after purchase of a 365-day subscription

I have experienced to use a 15-day trail Corel Draw Go and then 1 week after the due date, I made the purchase of a 365-day subscription. However, I cannot get to the normal page of Corel Draw Go, just shown on the page that your COREL DRAW GRAPHICS SUITE has expired. Can anyone know is it a process time for the purchase that I cannot activate my new online experiecne for Corel Draw GO immediately? Thanks

Regarding the processing time for your subscription, please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the changes to be reflected on your screen. We appreciate your patience!

After I paid it didn’t show up as a paid version, and logging out just got into a cycle of logging itself back in. I ended up opening a new incognito window and was able to login that way, and it showed then as the paid version.
